Four safeguards cover early screening, emergency support, medical assistance and multi-disease care.
Ping An Group has launched an upgrade to its health longevity service system, introducing AI-driven private coaching and opening 11 dedicated longevity centres across China.
The system relies on medicine, artificial intelligence, and cutting-edge technology to shift healthcare delivery from traditional passive treatment to proactive, full-cycle health management.
He Mingke, CEO of Ping An Good Doctor, explained that the system addresses population ageing by combining baseline health protection with tailored proactive interventions.
It establishes four lines of defence covering comprehensive preemptive screening, 24-hour emergency response support, full-process medical assistance, and full-cycle multi-disease co-management to catch risks early.
In addition, the service delivers targeted interventions across behavioural, physical, and mental health.
Key focus areas include long-term chronic disease management, lifestyle habit formation, metabolic and physical function maintenance, and cognitive health.
The company also unveiled 11 “Ping An Health Longevity Centres” nationwide, built upon its existing self-operated testing facilities.
